Our real estate agent 'matches' are based on a multi-faceted approach. First, we identify our top agents in your geographic area. Often times, agents who live and work in that particular area tend to know it best. We also consider the clients personal and most important priorities and find agents that share and appreciate those priorities. The agent will also be matched on his or her specialty or area of expertise, ensuring that they are the most skilled real estate professional for you. |

Our recommended agents must first 'apply' by submitting a comprehensive resume to The Agent Match.com. The resumes are then reviewed by our real estate experts, and only those worthy agents are placed in our database for referral. You can be confident that these selected agents are the elite in their field, all being top sellers and/or buyers with superb customer service ratings. |

The answer is "yes", this service is free to you, the buyer and/or seller. As a personalized referral company, we retain a small referral fee from the agent at the time of closing. Therefore, we are not only providing a great service to you, the client, but the top agents as well. |
